  • Vendor Packages

    All vendor packages come with custom code for five free tickets and a custom code for unlimited reduced price tickets!

  • Bronze Vendor Package (Outdoor): $60 

    *Only Available at Spring and Fall Festivals*

    • A Standard Ticket for you as a vendor ($35 value)
    • This booth will be set up outside on the grass or sidewalk 
    • Outdoor booths with access to electricity are severely limited
    • Approximately 6 x 6 ft vendor space outside Reenew, room for two chairs and four- or six-foot table
    • Does not include table, linen, or chairs
    • Electricity access is limited and may be purchased for $25 on a first come, first served basis. Please email us at reenewenergy.com to inquire whether electricity is available for your outdoor booth. 
    • Please do not bring a table larger than a 6 ft table
    • 5 Pre-paid guest tickets ($175 value)
    • We strongly recommend bringing a small tent or an umbrella, to protect from sunshine and in the event of inclement weather
    • No refunds will be given in the case of inclement weather
  • Silver Vendor Package (Standard): $85  

    • A Standard Ticket for you as the vendor ($35 value)
    • Approximately 3 x 6 ft vendor space just outside the EESystem, room for two chairs and four-foot table ($100 value)
    • Access to Electricity included ($25 value)
    • Does not include table, linen, or chairs
    • Please do not bring a table larger than a 4 ft table

  • Gold Vendor Package (Premium): $110 

    • Ticket for you as the vendor ($25 value)
    • Invite to Friday night's VIP Night ($35 value)
    • Enjoy a VIP Swag Bag ($35 value)
    • Approximately 3 x 6 ft vendor space just outside the EESystem, room for two chairs and four foot table ($100 value)
    • Access to Electricity included ($25 value)
    • Does not include table, linen, or chairs
    • Please do not bring a table larger than a 4 ft table
    • 5 Pre-paid guest tickets ($175 value)
    • Business name/logo (and speaker photo if speaking) will be included on Reenew marketing emails, Wellness Festival Program, etc. ($50 value)
  • All vendors agree to pay a refundable $50 deposit in addition to your vendor package (this will be included in your final total). Deposits will be refunded after the event to vendors who got five or more people both registered and through the door. Please make sure all your guests who register with your free tickets (even booth helpers) check in at the front desk in order to count towards your total! 

    If you are interested in being a speaker, please select the Gold Vendor Package. Speaking is no additional charge, but only Gold Vendors may apply to be speakers. To apply to speak, please reach out via email (reenewenergy@gmail.com) or text (801-300-9992) and ask us for a speaker application. Note: Applying or being accepted as a vendor does not guarantee that you will be accepted to speak. Speaking spots are very limited.

  • Vendor Agreement

    Our team works really hard behind the scenes to make each event special, with beautiful marketing images and programs, an entertaining and enlightening speaker schedule, and plenty of interested people lined up to check out your booth, products and services. We do everything we can to keep costs down as much as possible, and we are proud to provide some of the most affordable private events of this type in the Northern Utah area. In return, we so appreciate you doing everything you can to help market, hype up this event to your friends and clients, and get people there!

    Each Vendor receives an additional 5 pre-paid General Admission guest tickets, and a customized discount code for additional guests. These events work best only if we all do our part to get people there and help them have a great experience. Please plan to not only give out tickets, but follow-up with ticket-holders to make sure they get to the event. You can use your extra tickets for your helpers, do giveaways on social media to promote your booth, or as a gift for friends and preferred clients. Please do your best to give your free tickets to people who are actually interested in natural health and will be able to attend, not your brother's three-month-old baby or your great aunt Karen in Wisconsin. ;) Children under ten get in free anyway, no ticket (free or paid) required. 

     

    By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

    Marketing

    I agree to help promote and support this event by:

    1) sending an email about it to my email list

    2) posting on my social media pages a minimum of three times

    3) giving away all of the free tickets provided to me.

    I agree that if I do not take these promotion steps, I may not be invited to be part of a Reenew event again. If I do not give out/register all my free tickets, and get five ticket-holders in the door, I agree to forfeit my deposit and I understand I may not be invited to be part of a Reenew event again. 

  • Payment

    I agree to pay for the below total for the package I selected above and any add-ons once my application has been accepted, and I understand that this (with the exception of the deposit) is a non-refundable payment.

  • Taxes

    I understand it is my responsibility to fill out and send any tax paperwork to the tax commission for any products I sell at this event. 

  • Behavior

    I know that the success of this event relies on everyone working together, and I agree to behave agreeably with the event organizers and with all other vendors, speakers, and guests at the event.

    I agree I will not (nor will I allow my helpers to) smoke anywhere within 50 feet of the building.

  • On Time/Communication

    Indoor booth set up is Friday, the day before the event, between 3 and 5:30 pm. Outdoor booth set up is Saturday morning. All vendors may arrive at 8 am on Saturday to prepare their booths. The event is 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday. Indoor vendors have until 7 pm on Saturday to break down booths and vacate the building. 

    I agree I will respect the time of the event organizers by arriving on time (not early or late) to both the booth set up time and the event, or I will communicate in advance if I need additional time to set up. I agree to respect the time of the event organizers by breaking down my booth in a timely manner so I can be out the door within one hour of the end of the event. If I fail to do so, I agree to pay a fee of $50, and I understand I may not be invited back as a vendor for future events.

    Please Note: Completing this application does not guarantee that you will be approved to be a vendor at this event at Reenew Wellness Center, but we appreciate all applications regardless of whether you are accepted at this time!
