I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in the Expo, including, but not limited to, property damage, injury, illness, and economic loss. These injuries and or losses may arise from my own or other’s actions, interactions, or negligence. Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in the Expo including travel to and from the Expo or any events incidental to the Expo.

I agree to hold I Do, Dyersburg Wedding Expo, Samantha Wyrick Photography, The Lannom Center, and/or the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation in the Expo, including travel to and from the Expo or any events incidental to the Expo.
