  • PAYMENT: If you wish to pay by credit/debit you must pay one week in advance. We cannot accept cards on location due cellular service issues in certain regions. For your convienence we have included a section for your credit or debit card information. You will be charged the deposit on the day of the contract and if you choose card payment we will process the balance one week before the day of your event. You will recieve a copy of the receipt by text and email if you prefer.

    If you wish to pay cash the day of the service we ask that you assign one person to collect the balance and provide it to stylist on site that day or help reduce the amount of time we will spend collecting payments. All travel fees are required to be paid one week in advance. You will recieve a completed copy of this form along with an invoice with specific dates.

    DEPOSIT: To secure the date, a signed contract with a required deposit is due one month before the date of the wedding. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to wedding only when used within 6 months of the original date. Failure to provide contract and deposit by date will result in cancelation. 

    The deposit and/or pre-payments are required as followed:

    Payment #1: Deposit in the amount of 25% of your total due when contract is submitted. 

    Payment #2: Travel Fees are required in full one week before the date of your event. 

    Payment #3: If using a credit card the balance must be paid one week before the event, if paying cash balance is due at the beginning of services rendered on the day of the event. 

    TRIAL INFO: A trial is not required. If you choose to do a trial it will be scheduled for a time period of 2 hours for hair and makeup. You will have the chance to review the look and make changes that you would like for the wedding day. We do not offer refunds on our service, you are asked to review our work before hiring us for your event. If you are unsure of the look that you want or are unsure if we will be able to meet your expectations then a trial is recommended. A signed contract must be completed before we schedule the trial for you to prevent discount service appointments. 

    MISCELLANEOUS: Artist cannot guarantee or be held accountable for any allergic reactions or complications from application of makeup. Artist or Stylist should not be held liable to client or any third party for indirect, incidental, explemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to, or in connection with any breach of this agreement or the services provided therein. Client agrees to relieve or hold stylist, artist, or Studio 6 Salon harmless from any circumstances. Any photos taken on the day of can be used for their own use, purpose, promotional, and for use on website and/or social media. 

    Client also understands that services rendered are based on the skill, knowledge, and licensure of the stylist or artist. It is common that on social media and websites from outside sources can produce false, misleading, and/or unobtainable  results, examples include the use of hair extensions and/or airbrushing, photo editing, professional skincare regimens, etc. Stylist and Artist will work within their means to provide you with services in the closest likeness possible. If you feel you need these services to obtain your desired look we can provide information to you on hair extensions, lash extensions, skincare regimen, etc. 

     

  • SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT: 

    The safety of our staff and clients is a priority to us at Studio 6 Salon. We ask that you review the information below and consent to helping us provide a safe work environment. 

    1. Please advise us if you or any member of your party has shown or currently display symptoms of Covid-19 or other contagious illness in the last seven days. One or more member of our team are being treated for an autoimmune condition. Letting us know about current health concerns can allow us to provide more protection against illness. 

    2. We request that you keep animals and small children out of the work area. We have a variety of electrical devices including hot tools that can be dangerous or even life threatening to animals and small children. Additionally, we use chemicals and products that are safe to you when properly applied but can be harmful if ingested. Please be aware that any damages to property, tools, etc may be the responsibility of the bride if safety protocols are not followed. 

    3. We ask that you provide us a well lit work space when available close to electrical outlets with the appropriate space for tools and supply set up. Where possible please advise of entry ways that are more accessible. 

    4. Please be sure to remain in contact with a member of our team at least one week prior to the event to confirm times and schedule for your party size, please allow us enough time to perform our services with our rushing. We cannot be reponsible for time issues when not properly scheduled, when changes are made without notice, when bride or bridal party members are not readily available and or time hasn't been thoroughly discussed. Allowing appropriate amounts of time prevents rushing and therefore creates a safe work environment. 

  • REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY: 

    For events booked more than 30 days in advance: If you cancel your event in under 30 days, you will receive a 50% refund of money paid. 

    If you cancel your event in under 14 days you will receive a 25% refund of the money paid. 

    If you cancel in under 7 days, no refund will be provided to you. However, if you choose to cancel at any time your funds are transferable for up to 6 months if you need to move the date of your wedding. 

    For events booked in under 30 days, the same dates apply for 14 day and 7 day cancelation. Please remember that without a deposit and signed contract your date is not reserved. If you inquire on a day or pay a deposit late on a day that is no longer available (first come, first serve) then we will refund your total amount paid. 

    In order to cancel you are required to do so by email. Please send an email to (dearladonna@outlook.com, studio6jackson@outlook.com) This ensures an accurate day and time reciept for both the client and the artist/stylist. 

    If we are unable to perform services, as agreed upon for any unforeseeable reasons or unavoidable situation, due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control any payments will be returned and there will be no further liability.
