Thank you for your interest in enriching your Holocaust unit with a Teaching Trunk! This form will take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

For teachers/borrowers in Washington State, trunks are free to borrow.
This year, we are only able to serve the following out of state locations: Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. For these locations, Trunks will have a $50 borrowing fee. Artifact Kits will have a $25 borrowing fee. Payment must be received at least two weeks prior to loan period.

Beginning - No prior information. Trunks must be returned intact and on time.Teachers will be responsible for assuring the return of all of the materials in good condition.Upon arrival, please check the materials against the inventory list.Check all materials before returning the items. Mark any lost or damaged items on the inventory list.The teacher/borrower is responsible for either replacing or providing funds to replace any missing items.The teacher/borrower agrees to complete a short evaluation form.
The Teaching Trunk includes books, QR cards, & replica artifacts. The Artifact Kit includes ONLY replica artifacts. The classroom sets include a class set (35 copies) of one book AND an Artifact Kit. ALL OTHER activities, lesson plans, or handouts will be sent digitally via a Google Drive link in your email correspondence with HCH staff member, Charlotte Campbell.
