  • By submitting my foster application, I agree that the information that I have provided in this application is complete and correct. I understand that any false information I have provided will invalidate this and any future applications. I further declare that I am physically able to care for a foster animal. I understand that any foster placed in my care remains under the sole ownership of Rescue Lyfe.  I understand the requirements and grant permission for home checks at random, both prior to and during the duration of my foster commitment. I submit that if a home check reveals falsification or misrepresentation of any facts on my part, Rescue Lyfe reserves the right to either remove the foster from the home immediately. I release Rescue Lyfe from any liabilities I may incur from the foster while in my care. I understand that I will be responsible for transporting my foster to any veterinary appointments made by Rescue Lyfe to get my foster ready for adoption. I understand and agree to making my foster available for meet and greets with potential adopters and/or adoption events orchestrated by Rescue Lyfe. I further certify that I undertsnd I will be resposible for taking necessary steps to make the foster adoptable. These steps will be outlined by Rescue Lyfe in a fostering contract for each foster I take in to my home.
