Agreement Terms
I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1) I understand that I am paying per pound based on the HOT hanging weight for my custom-cut beef, not the yeild weight.
2) I am aware that a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be charged to my card on file before the beef is sent for slaughter. The remaining balance, calculated based on the hot hanging weight of the beef, will be charged to my card a few days before pickup or delivery.
3) I understand that my custom order will not be ready until September, October, or November of 2024, depending on when the animal is ready for slaughter and the availability of a butchering date. And I will will be notified by email as the process progresses.
