We Link Transportation accessorial charges must be approved in advance by broker’s dispatcher and must be supported by an invoice or signed receipt of funds paid.

Quick pay fees are based on the settlement total dollars.

This agreement between the parties shown on this contract is considered to be a binding document and is inclusive of all charges unless otherwise indicated.

The undersigned agrees to accept these payments as payment in full and will not attempt to recover the above fees or deductions from We Link Transportation.

1 day pay term 7% deduction. (Check is mailed or can be picked up same day as received)

3 day pay term 5 % deduction. (Check is mailed on third day)

7 day pay term 3% deduction. (Check is mailed on the seventh day)

If you elect to utilize the We Link Transportation quick pay options your invoices must meet the criteria below to qualify.

-The words “Quick Pay” and the number of days for payment (We offer 7 days, 5 days, and 1 day) must be printed clearly on the invoice.

- All invoices for quick pay must be sent to info@welinktransportation.com we will not accept mailed or faxed invoices for quick pay.

-Carrier must put the We Link Transportation load number in the subject line of the email

-Invoice, BOL, POD, and receipts must be legible, or invoice will be rejected.

Quick Pay: in 7 business days, from receipt of Invoice Fee is 3.5% of the amount negotiated for the load , plus the payment fee upon receipt of required documentation.

Factoring company notice: If you are using a factoring company a LOR will be required prior to any Quick Pay being processed.

Factoring Companies: Payment Terms are 30 days from receipt of Invoice and all required documentation. If you're using a factoring company you are required to attach the name of the company below on the ACH payment details.

Standard Payment terms: 30 days from receipt of Invoice and all required documentation.

Signed Proof of Delivery Receipt for all Approved Accessories

 

We Link Transportation LLC is hereby authorized to ACH transfer money into the account specified below. The names, signatures, and banking information will be filed and kept effective until written notice of the change is sent by client and received by We Link Transportation LLC.
