We want to be up front about how we work so YOU can decide if this is a good fit for you. Please review the following policies carefully.
- Muddy's is a smoke-free workplace; smoking/vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property. Staff may not work if smelling of smoke.
- Cell phones/smart watches must be stowed while clocked in. Cell phones may not be placed on food prep surfaces.
- We do not accept tips.
- We are busiest during holidays and need the whole team present for it to work. Time off is not granted during these peak times.
- All team members work most Fridays & Saturdays. Everyone has Sundays & Mondays off (unless we are open on a Monday for a holiday-- this is VERY rare).
- ALL jewelry must be removed before working in food prep areas. This includes gauges, piercings, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. No artificial nails or lashes are allowed.
- Solid attendance is a must. We're able to maintain a good work/life balance, keep reasonable hours, and even grant some time off, but only if all team members can be relied upon to show up consistently.
