Rules and Regulations for Indoor Craft and Vendor Fair

Free State Academy 511 E. Main Street, Bedford VA

Indoor Craft Fair hours are Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024 9 AM-3PM.

Vendors are encouraged to set up Friday night 11/1 from 6:00-8:30 PM.
Saturday set ups will be available from 7:30-8:45 if needed.

Parking on Saturday for Vendors is in the empty gravel parking lot across the street from the school, next to the post office.

All areas are indoor and are approximately 8x10. If a table is needed, we can provide one. Please indicate on the application if you want one.

Please keep your area free from trash.
All booth fees are $40 and are non-refundable. This is a fund raiser for our school.

We do not provide insurance for vendors or their products.

All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Virginia Sales Tax.

We ask that each vendor provide a prize for the raffle with a value of at least $5.

Concessions will be available for purchase.

Application deadline is October 26th. Please register as soon as possible.
