Note that some meals may take longer than others if preparing multiple meals, and it's okay to average them! (Example: breakfast takes 3 hours, and dinner takes 5 hours, then the average per meal is 4)
Food cost per meal per guest.

Input the estimated average food cost for each meal per person. Note that some meals may be more expensive if preparing multiple meals, and it's okay to average them! (Example: simple breakfast could be $10pp, but steak dinner is $30pp, so the average is $40 and you would enter "40")
Additional single expenses to add in.

If you have any travel expenses, shopping time expenses, admin fees, etc, enter them here as a single number. (Example: $100 in travel + $150 in time to shop + $50 admin fee for each gig = $200, and you would enter in "200", if you have no other expenses enter in "0")
