1. Member agrees to pay on time specified at least 48 hours before each new week commences, If the initial delivery date is on a Wednesday, the following Monday (5 days) is the due date for each additional week by no later than 9pm. 2. Deposit of $300 will be forfeit if payment is late. A $25.00 per day late fee will be assessed and member privileges may be permanently suspended. Should payment be late a new agreement and deposit will be required with a deposit increase of 15%. If vehicle is returned in same or better condition as when member took delivery of vehicle, member will receive full deposit minus any fuel discrepancies, late fees, or other damages to or incidents with vehicle. A $25 Fee will be accessed if you would like the car delivered or if you shall need a drop off. Also there is a $300 fee on top of any fees for any cars impounded, or towed and the deposit may be forfeited, Also if payment is past due and you are non-communicative about payment, the car is subject to being retrieved and deposit is then forfeited Member Initials:

3. There is absolutely NO SMOKING Allowed in the vehicle at any time. If the vehicle is Smoked in Deposit will be forfeit in full and Member Privileges will be suspended.

4. Vehicle is limited for use in the Greater Las Vegas vicinity to be no more than a 60 mile radius from the center of Las Vegas. Use outside of this parameter violates the terms of this agreement and will result in forfeit of deposit and potential permanent suspension of all member privileges.

6.Fuel reading will be documented at time of delivery on this agreement. Vehicle returned with less than the recorded amount of fuel will be charged $50 out of the deposit.

7. Any loss of keys, items belonging to the vehicle, or damage to the vehicle while in member's possession outside of normal wear and tear will be assessed against the member's deposit. It is the member's responsibility to notify us as soon as possible of any repairs or maintenance vehicle may require. Maintenance and/or repairs will be handled as soon as possible in the most efficient, expedient and convenient manner possible. We may be able to provide member with a temporary vehicle if available while original vehicle is being serviced. If you lock the keys in the car and need us to come out and unlock it for you with the spare key, it will be a $75 service charge, If you lose the key its $175 out of your deposit for a re-key fee and we cannot guarantee a time frame. Member Initials: 8. Should the vehicle be involved in an accident or towed for any reason, the member deposit may be forfeited and/or increased to cover any damages and/or fees. If not at fault you may not receive deposit until an insurance claim is resolved. Please contact us to schedule any necessary repairs that may be needed to the vehicle Do not attempt to repair the vehicle notify us immediately, also do not drive vehicle if the thermostat is above middle also, if you miss and don not reschedule your maintenance appointment you will be assessed a $75 fee out of deposit. Member Initials: 9. Vehicle comes with Basic Comprehensive Insurance Only. Since the vehicle does not have Full Coverage Insurance, Member is responsible for anything that may happen to the vehicle, damages or otherwise while in their possession. It is highly advised that Member obtain their own Full Coverage Insurance. Member Initials: 10. Vehicle is to be returned by appointment only with Mandatory at least 48 Hours Notice given with possible return courtesy transportation provided at our discretion and availability. Failure to Provide at least 48 Hours Notice when Returning the Vehicle will be assessed at least $50/Day Against Deposit. For example, if you plan to return the vehicle on a Wednesday at 3pm and do not Notify us till Tuesday at 3pm a $50 Fee will be assessed against Deposit as the Notification to Return the vehicle was given 24 Hours Later than the Mandatory 48 Hour Notice. If we need to come and pick up the vehicle from you at time of Return there will be a $50 Fee Assessed Against Member Initials: Deposit.
