Choreography Program Admission Instructions

To apply for our choreography program, please complete the following steps:

1. Enter the required information into the form below, including the required paragraph in the designated box. 

2. After ensuring all information is filled out accurately, hit the SUBMIT button to send us your form. 

Payment Process

1. A one-time $50.00 submission fee is required to be considered for the program

2. After submission, you will be redirected to our payment portal.

For Existing Families:

• Click "Already a Customer? Click here to login" at the top of the registration page.
• Log in with your credentials.
• Click "Add to Cart" next to the name of the student you wish to enroll.
• Click "Add" and then "Checkout."
• Click "Accept Enrollment Fees & Continue"
• Enter your parent portal located on the website
• Click "Pay Now" at the top of the screen
• Click the first box that says "Tuition Fee" with the price of $50.00
• Complete your payment

For New Families:

• Fill out all required information on the registration form and click "Submit Registration."
• On the next page, click "Add to Cart" next to the student's name.
• Click "Add" and then "Checkout."
• Click "Accept Enrollment Fees & Continue" to proceed.
• Visit our parent portal here
• Enter your credentials (email address and password you made on the registration form)to access your parent portal and complete the payment.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED A ONE-TIME, NON-REFUNDABLE SUBMISSION FEE OF $50.00 AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNTIL THIS FEE IS PAID IN FULL.
