Pricing: All artwork in the exhibition must be available for sale. Please include a commission of 25% in your sale price. GST payment, if applicable, is the responsibility of the artist as Mosman Rowers Club does not collect GST. The club acts only as your agent in the sale of art works.

Fees will be paid by credit card when selected entries are delivered or by invoice prior to delivery if requested.
Presentation & Framing: Selected works should be framed to a professional standard - no IKEA/chain store frames. Your work will be rejected if not suitably presented. The back of each piece should be neat, sealed, labelled with the artist’s name, title of work and price. The artwork must be ready to hang with D-rings (or triangle rings) large enough to fit gallery hooks and placed c. 6cm from the top of the frame or slightly less if a very small frame. Ask your framer to do this for you but please make sure it is placed so that the hook will not be visible when the work is hung. The hooks are in addition to the hanging string – we want our purchasers to be able to hang their works.
Delivery of Selected Work: Framed work must be delivered on Monday 1st March between 10am and 6pm to The Mosman Rowers Club, 3 Centennary Drive, Mosman, NSW 2088. All work must be in bubble wrap and accompanied by a copy of your confirmed entry (this will have been emailed to you on Wednesday 22nd January). To allow for easy removal by the hanging team, please don't tape up the bubble wrap envelope (unless sending by courier).
Collection of Unsold Work: Collection from The Mosman Rowers Club on Friday 21st March after 3.00pm. Work not collected by Friday 28th March will be destroyed.
Insurance: All works will be insured by The Mosman Rowers Club during the exhibition. The Mosman Rowers Club will not accept any liability for any loss or damage that occurs to the works during drop-off, collection, or in transit.
