This form will remain open until we have run out of calendars. Calendars are scheduled to be printed in mid-November 2024.

The below outlines the minimum donations required to place an order:
- A donation of $15 is needed to receive a calendar as a premium, for pick-up.
- A donation of $20 is needed to receive a calendar as a premium, shipped or hand delivered to you.
Once your order is received, please allow CAT volunteers up to (5) business days to get your order ready for pickup and/or delivery.
