      We prefer .PDF files for print.

      Convert all Word and Excel files to .PDF files before submitting.
      How to: File > Save As > .pdf


      Color space: CMYK (RGB will be accepted, but we cannot ensure a precise color match).

      DPI: At least 300dpi (less will be accepted, but we cannot ensure the highest print quality). Some large grand format products except a lower DPI.

      Dimensions: We recommend you upload files that match the same dimensions as the product you are printing.

      Bleed: Bleed must extend past the cut-line and will be trimmed from the product during the final cutting phase. When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and the quality of the final product.

      Bleed for Standard Products is 0.125".

      Margins: Keep all text at least 0.125" inside the cut-line.
