This is solely an application for premier training Winter program, NOT an official sign up. Premier training will be placing players into groups according to the information you provide us below. We will be structuring the groups ourselves based on what we know of players age and skill level. There will be make ups for sessions missed. Final groups, days, and times will be sent by mid November. Please fill out form for one player and another if registering a second player.

Start Date: November 18th

Program legnth: 12 total weeks of training (not including off days for the holidays)

Off Days: Groups on Thanksgiving Day or New years Eve will have off and training will be added to end of schedule. All Groups will be off the week of Christmas, again these sessions will be added on to end of program
