1. The terms used by NZ Professional Photographers Assoc shall apply unless stated.
2. The model is free to choose poses and may review and delete any image during the shoot.
3. No cellphone images are to be taken during the shoot. 4. Images supplied to the Model may be used for PERSONAL or NON-COMMERCIAL purposes. Cropping, altering or editing is not allowed.
5.1. After the shoot the Model will receive a selection of PROOFS.
5.2 PROOFS will be watermarked as PROOFS and must not be published. 5.3 The model will then have 14 days to select up to 15 FAVOURITES for editing. 5.4 Once EDITED and tagged with the Photographer's watermark they may be published. 5.5 When you receive the Edited images link, you are welcome to give it to family and friends. 6. The model agrees to CREDIT OR TAG THE PHOTOGRAPHER in any social media posts. eg "Photographer Ronald Winstone." Please list Social Media usage below. 7. Any Make Up Artist, or assistants have the same usage rights as the model.
8.1. The Photographer retains copyright and is free to retouch and use the images, with any text or caption, as he sees fit, which may include, amongst others, media publication, website release. 8.2. Unless stated to the contrary the Models name, social media references etc may be used in any posts or media publication. eg Kavyar and their publications. 8.3. Images required for a Media Release (publication) may be withheld (Embargoed) until they are published. 9. I understand that I am giving the Photographer the right to use the images on his website Social Media and Media as he sees fit.
