Classes are based on freedom of art expression in a fun atmosphere. Recreational painting is great for stress relief and mood improvement. Class Attendance:

Students are expected to arrive on time. If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late, they may not be allowed to participate in the class to avoid disruption.

Class Cancellations & Make-Ups:

Monthly payment students are entitled to make-up classes only if the absence is due to illness or emergencies, with prior notification required.
No refunds will be issued for missed classes.

Safety & Conduct:

Students must follow all instructions provided by the instructor. Misbehavior, including disruptive behavior or failure to follow safety guidelines, may result in removal from the class without refund.
Parents/guardians are required to promptly pick up their child after the class ends. Parents are encouraged to stay on site while class is in session in case of emergencies.

Materials & Supplies:

All materials and supplies for the class are provided. Students are responsible for taking care of the supplies and using them as instructed.

Photography & Media Release:

By signing this form, you agree to allow photographs or videos of your child during class activities for promotional use by the studio. If you do not consent, please inform us in writing prior immediately after registration.

Liability Waiver:

I, the undersigned, hereby release and hold harmless [Your Studio Name] from any liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from my child's participation in the paint classes. I understand that this release discharges Kolor My Kanvas, dba Kolor My Kanvas The Paintbar, from any liability or claim that I, the parent/guardian, may have against the studio concerning bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my child's participation.
Emergency Medical Care:

In the event of an emergency, I give permission for my child to receive medical treatment as deemed necessary by the studio staff and emergency personnel.
