  • LEGAL DISCLAIMER: What Wagging4Walks Ltd will do in an emergency situation!

    In the unlikely event of a life or death emergency, decisions will be made in line with the Animal Welfare Act 2006. Staff will take the injured dog/s to the nearest vets for emergency treatment. If injury accrued on the walk or training session etc Wagging4Walks Ltd insurance will cover emergency medical treatment to stabilize the dog only; further and ongoing care will be chargeable to you (the named client/legal owner). The client or emergency contact will only be contacted when it is safe and practical to do so without neglecting the care of the canine (this could be after attending a veterinary practice).In the event of exacerbation of already accruing injury or problems that were not observed or discovered or known of prior to the event/emergency; an investigation will be made to determine if Wagging4Walks Ltd is liable for costs or not. This may be done by a third party investigator from Protectivity Insurence. By ticking 'I Agree'box to all Ts&Cs at the end of this form and signing, you (the client/legal owner) accept the terms and conditions and agree to all the limitation mentioned in this section and all sections and the limitations of Wagging4Walks Ltd  liability detailed in this form including our full Ts & Cs linked on this form and viewable at www.Wagging4Walks.com.   • We may provide services to band breeds at our discression (Snr Behaviourist ONLY) or band breed cross breeds however liability is further limited and Wagging4Walk Ltd will be indemnified from all responsibilities.

  • Please be aware that any false statements made will invalidate all insurance offered by Wagging4Walks Ltd for your Dog/s and all liability for the dogs behaviour during provided services will be entirely the owners responsibility. This forms part of the T&Cs.

    Additionally in the event of on dangerous incident while the dog/s are in the control of Wagging4Walks Ltd staff (where proof is later found that the dog/s has bitten before or information was not disclosed) All liability will again be placed on the owner.   • What Happens Next?

    In the next 48hrs (during busy periods this could be longer) you will receive a message from Wagging4Walks Ltd via WhatsApp, email or text confirming a date and time for your consultation based on your answers above.


    Consultations will take place at your home unless stated otherwise (i.e, your dog is very reactive at home) This is so we can desensitize the dog to us in a safe space for them, where they are less likely to be reactive.

    Consultations last around 45-60 mins approx. However training and behavioural consultation may take longer, 60-90 mins etc.


    During the consultation (If you are able) we will ask to take the dog out with you to see how there are on lead and how they react to environments, people, and dogs etc.


    We will then discuss the services requested; all walking services operate on a 1-2 week trial and then continue with payments either weekly (in advance) or monthly (in advance) on an ongoing rolling contracts* (*for your guarantee of service times on all requested day etc).

  • Boarding Services & Sitting (SKIP this Section if N/A)

  • In the Interest of fairness Boarding services run from the time you drop off your dog (or your dog is collected by our staff) to the same time on the last day of boarding. Additional time may incur a day-care charge; payable to the boarder.

    For example you drop your dog off on the first day of boarding at 9am you must collect by no later than 9am on the last day; otherwise daycare fee's may apply. Boarding is based on 24hr peiords. We will allow some variance due to travel delays or extenuating circumstances etc.

  • IMPORTNAT NOTICE! CCTV 

    YOU MUST disclose any indoor Cctv that is in operation during services and the location of these. For the privacy of our staff, it is important they feel comfortable and safe in someone else’s home especially if this includes overnight stays (sitting). Our staff will always remain professional. Our Staffs privacy is a legal right under the Human Rights Act 1998 and the Data Protection Act 2018. Failure to disclose Cctv and in the event of sensitive imagery is recorded without the knowledge of our staff; will be considered a breach of policy and any contract you have with us may be forfeit we may also pursue legal action depending on the sensitivity of the recordings.

  • NOTE: Our staff will treat you with dignity and respect at all times and remain professional please do the same to avoid cancellation of services or further legal action. We have a ZERO TOLLERANCE policy on intimidation, aggression, rasism, sexism, ageism, disability discrimination, offences to religious beleifs, sexual orinetation and gender reasignment; in-line with the EQUALITY ACT 2010.
