2024 Roselle Park Winter Market Application for Tented Booth 

Please join us for Roselle Park's 4nd Annual Winter Market! Santa, Mrs. Santa and their elves will be on hand, a lovely winter wonderland gazebo will be available for photos; there will be 25 tented booths each day, live music, festivities, food, and performances ongoing.  

Date: Saturday and Sunday, December 7th and 8th, 2024

Time: 4-8 PM 

Location: Michael Mauri Park, Chestnut Street, Roselle Park, New Jersey

Booth Availability:

We are looking for vendors selling a variety of handmade gift items, crafts and works of art. In order to maintain a diversity of items for sale, we may have to place applicants on a waiting list. You may sign-up for both days.

No food vendors can apply with this form. Please email info@rplovesart.org for more info.

Please note the Borough will provide:

• 10ft x 10ft tent with sidewalls
• Lights for inside the tents
• Decorations and lights for outside
• The Borough will not provide heat. Vendors can bring their inverter generator for heat, decorations, or additional lighting. For safety reasons, all generators will be inspected by Roselle Park Fire Department prior to the event.
• The Borough does not recommend vendors leaving their merchandise overnight and will NOT be responsible for any loss or damage if left overnight. 
• A vendor warming room on the 2nd floor of the Anthony Signorello Youth Center 
• Since there are limited booths, you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it. It is important to have no “no shows” given the limited amount of space. Failure to notify in a timely manner (unless a true emergency)  may result in denial to participate in future Roselle Park Loves Arts Inc. events.

Chestnut Street, Roselle Park, NJ. Setup times are: 2:00 pm. Load-out begins promptly at 8:00 pm. Roselle Park Loves Arts Inc. reserves the right to amend the following in the case of inclement weather or other conditions interfering with the event. Rain or Shine. All decisions are final. If your category is filled, we will refund your application fee and place you on the waiting list. 

1) Exhibiting artists/crafters must display original works. 

2) The Roselle Park Loves Arts Inc. Committee reserves the right to decline admission to any prospective applicant.

3) Artist/crafter is responsible for supplying inside tent decorations/display/setup (tables, chairs etc)

4) Electricity is not provided beyond Borough provided inside lighting

5) All artists/vendors must be completely set up and vehicles removed from the street by 3:30 pm. Vehicles will not be permitted access to the exhibit area on Chestnut Street after the specified times.  Parking will be provided.

6) Artists/vendors are responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation within their booths. Recycling is the responsibility of each artist/vendor.

7) Any artists/vendor or representative acting inappropriately towards the members of Roselle Park Loves Arts. Inc or any of its agents, volunteers or visitors will be asked to leave immediatley.

8) Artist agrees to hold RPLA Inc. harmless and assumes all risk involved in participating in the Roselle Park Arts Festival and agrees to follow all safety guidelines and instructions by the Roselle Park Police, Fire and Health Departments and RPAF volunteers.

9) The Borough does not recommend vendors leaving their merchandise overnight and will NOT be responsible for any loss or damage if left overnight.

10) For promotional purposes, Roselle Park Loves Arts Inc. is hereby granted the right to utilize images from any work shown and accepted for exhibition at the winter market. 

11) If due to weather or other reason the event is cancelled, your application fee will be refunded. 

12) Application fee are non-refundable unless your category is filled and you do not want to be on the wait list or a spot doesn't open by December 6.
