The next Liverpool Waters pop up markets will take place on Wednesday 9th October and Wednesday 27th November 2024, between 12pm and 2pm.

Taking part as an exhibitor is free of charge.

To apply please complete this application form in full. Once we received we will review and confirm your place. We aim to have a variety of exhibitors including food, drink and crafts.

You will be required to have Public and Products Liability Insurance. We will need to see a copy of your insurance once your place have been confirmed.*

Terms and Conditions.

1. If you are confirmed as an exhibitor a copy of your insurance will be required within 48 hours of your confirmation email to secure you place.

2. A 6ft trestle table will be provided for each exhibitor. You are responsible for clothing and dressing your table. If you have additional stands / rails you must tell us and they must fit within your allocated space.

3.You will be required to complete a health and safety form and will be asked to consider the health and saftey of yourself, fellow exhibitors and visitors during the set up, event and de-rig. You will be required to ensure your exhibition is safe at all times.

4. You are respponsible for your own insurance and if appropriate PAT testing for products, equipment and exhibition stand.

5. There are a limited number of electricity sockets available. If you require a socket you must let us know so we can look to give you a position close to a power outlet. We cannot garauntee an electricity supply for all exhibitors.

6. Event set up will be from 09.30am - 11.30am. All set up must be completed in this time. The event will be open from 12pm - 2pm. You will be able to de-rig after 2pm. The Atrium must be vacated by 4pm.

7. We will share event promotional materials with you and encourage you to share these on your own social media.

8. It is expected that the majority of visitors will participate during thier lunchbreak from the offices in the building and surrounding buildings. We are unable to give you a predicted footall, or garauntee any minimum attendanace.

9. Please note, there are no credit/debit card facilities provided at the event. If you would like to take payment by card you will need to bring your own payment facility.

10. Event layout and position of exhibition stands is at the descretion of the event organiser.

11. Exhibitors must dispose of thier own rubbish and ensure that your allocation space is left cleans and tidy, leaving only the table provided by the event.

12. Should the pop up market be cancelled for any reason, the organisers accept no liability for any losses related to your participation at the event.
