Chrismystical Market

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 1st Annual Chrismystical Market. The Prescott Spiritual Wellness Fair Presents this holiday themed vendor event featuring a wide variety of items including jewelry, clothing, artwork, candles, resin art, crystals, skin care products, holistic services and more. This event will take place indoors at the Leo Boivin Community Centre Arena, located at 444 Prince Street in Prescott, Ontario. 

Many people are looking for unique gift ideas, gift certificates and decorating ideas around the holidays. Vendors are welcome to offer products, gift certificates and/or services! 

There will be regular postings to facebook and instagram as well as paid ads for Eastern Ontario. There will also be signage located in the Town of Prescott and some local businesses. Vendor highlights will also be made on Instagram and Facebook. Please help support us and continue to share this event. 

Admission is free and the first 50 guests will receive goodie bags. Starting at 1:00pm, any new guests arriving will receive a ballot and we will be doing 2x give aways every 30 minutes for in building attendees (6 gift giveaways). They can show their ballot at the door before leaving to see if they have won.

• One space is $100+hst. 
• One 6' table and 2 chairs will be provided per space.
• You provide your own table coverings, signage, etc.
• Payment in full & a signed registration form is required to secure your spot.
• Spaces are non-refundable once payment is received so please ensure you can attend before registering. 
• Payment methods accepted: Debit, Visa or Mastercard (no e-transfer accepted)
• Should the event be cancelled for any reason beyond control, your payment will be transferred to a resheduled date.
• Limited electrical outlets are available. Please request in your registration form.

Please read this contract carefully. By signing this contract, you agree to the information listed below.

• Vendor spaces are assigned. You will be directed to your space when you arrive to set up.
• An email will be sent before the event so you will know where to unload your vehicle and park.
• Please arrive promptly to enable a smooth opening at 10:00am.
• Set up begins at 8:30am. Please be fully set up 10 minutes before the show starts. It maintains a professional atmosphere if we are not setting up once the event has started.
• You are responsible for your own items (including but not limited to) table coverings and personal signage.
• You are responsible for the set up and tear down of your booth as well as removing your articles from the premises.
• You will be asked to secure or remove any equipment deemed unsafe.
• Please maintain your space for the entire event. We ask that you do not pack up early, otherwise you will not be invited to attend another show.
• Please inform Christa at your earliest convenience if you will be running late.
• The registration fee is required at time of registration. Your space is confirmed once payment is received. 
• You will receive more information regarding the event and graphics & advertising will be sent to you by email closer to the event date.
• Two people or businesses may not share a space to save fees. Employees may share their space with other team members. 
• Please be respectful of your neighbours, keep your area clean and tidy and keep racks and tables within your space.
• Spaces are non-refundable once payment is received.
• Your space cannot be sold to another vendor without permission of the event organizer.
• In the event of severely bad weather, the event will be rescheduled to a later date and your registration fee will be credited to a future event.
