Thank you for your interest in the SLO Swim Club Seahawks! Please complete this form to Provide Swimmer information, Schedule a tryout, and Sign our Release of Liability Waiver. Be sure to fully complete the form - you will get a confirmation email once you have submitted. If you don't receive a confirmation email, then we will not receive your form.
Note: If you are unsure if your swimmer should try out for the Seahawks or have any other questions, please reach out to our coaching staff prior to completing this form. Our email is listed below. Also below are our 1st level's minimum requirements to join.

Minimum Requirements:
- General understanding of basic skills for freestyle and backstroke (i.e. ability to float and kick on front and back, general arm pattern, breathing)
- Ability to swim 25-yd length of the pool several times (with rest between lengths).
- Comfort in ALL depths of water.

This will help us determine if your swimmer is ready to participate with our team and which group they will fit best with. Note: For swimmers with team experience, we may not need to perform an assessment, so please reach out to check.
