For the "What's new in travelling exhibitions" and "AI Spotlight""each organisation is allowed only one presenter for its pitch. You can present with other colleagues from your organisation in the "Project showcase" and "The Grand Bazaar". What's new in Travelling Exhibitions?

A preview of current and upcoming travelling science exhibitions across Europe and the world. Fast-paced session, for 1 person to speak for 4 minutes to promote a travelling exhibition.

Project Showcase

This showcase is for anyone working on a non-profit collaborative project to share information with the whole community. Each organisation will have a 3-minute, jargon-free, and PowerPoint-free presentation about their project. Speakers are encouraged to get creative and bring an object on stage that represents their work. The session will be followed by a networking opportunity.

AI Spotlight

Share your recent case study on AI, focusing on topics like AI exhibitions and programmes, ethics, sustainability, productivity, inclusion, data evaluation, or internal AI guidelines. Preference will be given to case studies that are practical and replicable for Conference attendees. The session will follow an adapted Pecha Kucha format, with each speaker presenting 5 slides in 5 minutes.

The Grand Bazaar

An informal drop-in showcase session featuring dozens of tabletop experiences. For enthusiastic experts ready to show off their innovative hands-on activities to engage participants in making, building, playing and experimenting. Each presenter will host a table during the showcase to present their work.
