  • Hello, and thanks for seeking the opportunity to vend at our event! Whether this is  your first event, or you've had vending experience before, we welcome you with open arms. We encourage you to bring advertising and marketing material such as business cards, brochures, flyers, website infomation, etc. If you so choose to be a purveyor at this event, there is a royal dress code: formal.   • Please read the rules and regulations of vending this event, "Bridgerton Ball". Once you've read over, please sign below, signifying that you agree with our terms. Your vendor spot will be locked in when this form is completed, and the fee has been paid.

    DATE: JANUARY 25, 2025.

    SET UP TIME: 6:00 PM SHARP     BREAKDOWN TIME: 10:30PM

    LOCATION: CRYSTAL ROOM, NAUGATUCK CT.

    _If you are more then 30 MINUTES LATE after preparation time, you WILL NOT be able to sell your merchandise at the event & your funds will be accepted as a monetary donation.

    _ Your table MUST be ready to sale 10 MINUTES prior to the start of the event.

    _ We are NOT responsible for missing, damaged, or broken merchandise if you leave your table unattended.

    _ There will be NO foul language, unprofessional behavior, or negative sale approaches permitted at the event.

    _ {1} Table will be provided for your merchandise.

    _ You MUST leave your area and table the same way you found it: Clean & Tidy.

    _ NO POSTERS OR DECOR to be attached to the walls or hang from the ceiling.

    _ NO FLAMMABLE items or merchandise to be used at the event.

    _There is a NO REFUND POLICY when vending Pretty In Primp Events, in the case that you are unable to vend, your payment can be used on our site, or applied to another vendor event.

    _We ONLY allow ONE vendor from each company. We also will not be accepting vendors who sell similar merchandise.

    _Our vendors are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. We do not hold spots for individuals or businesses.

    *There will be approximatley 80+ tix sold, for audience size.

    *Food and drinks will be provided for vendors. Open Bar, please drink responsibly.

    *There is a dresscode. Due to the nature and atmosphere of the event, the dress code will be strictly enforced. Please NO JEANS, SNEAKERS, HATS/CAPS (UNLESS WITHIN THEME), BANDANAS, SWEATS, ETC. This event is one of class, elegance, and regality. Just look at is an opportunity to get dressed up! :)

    *There will be a game that is played, where the guests could possibly come to you for clues. You do not have to partake in this game if you so choose. If you are deciding not to be apart of this game, please send us an email at PrettyInPrimpShop@gmail.com. 

     

  • Our add on category is here for your pleasure! If you are interested in having another guest help you vend at your table, or business merchandise we could also help in that category! If you choose to have your information in the brochure, please send us your business info/logo if you have one so you can be featured!

    Pretty In Primp is a small business, that can offer many marketing and advertising tools to help your business be more successful. If you choose to have an add-on, we would create it, email you proof of the design & have you approve it. We could mail/deliver it to you before the event, or set it up for you at the event! 

    If you choose to bring a guest with you, they will be able to attend at the discounted rate of $50. You and your guest will be able to join in on the fun, along with enjoying food and drinks.
