Please fill out the form below if you require one or more replacement puzzle pieces.
The cost per piece is $3.00 plus a small shipping fee. We can replace up to five pieces. If you need more than five pieces replaced, please contact puzzled@stumpcraft.com.

We will waive the fee for piece replacements if you place an order for a new puzzle (please let us know in your order notes that a piece replacement is needed).
