The cost per piece is $10.00 inclusive of the shipping. We can replace up to five pieces. If you need more than five pieces replaced, please contact puzzled@stumpcraft.com.

We will waive the fee for piece replacements if you place an order for a new puzzle (please let us know in your order notes that a piece replacement is needed).
