If you know you are ready to be a Doxie parent, please complete this application for adoption form as thoroughly as possible. The form can take up to 20-30 minutes to complete. Once submitted, someone from our team will follow-up with you soon.

Upon handoff, the puppies will have already undergone a health check and received their first shots and deworming. Additional shots are needed within the first year at 2, 4, 6 and 8 months. Get with your vet to determine timeline for your pup.
