• Boo Bash Festival Sponsorships

    Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor at Boo Bash! 

    This year’s event will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at The Grove at Wills Park, located behind the Alpharetta Community Center at 175 Roswell Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Estimated attendance is 2,500-3,000 weather permitting. 

  • Sponsorship Benefits

    Premiere Sponsor – $5,000

    • Recognition as the presenting sponsor of Boo Bash at Wills Park. Event to be referenced in all communication as “The City of Alpharetta’s Boo Bash at Wills Park presented by "XXXXXX”
    • Pre-Event Advertising. Your logo will be placed on all pre-event advertising such as posters, banners and flyers that will be distributed throughout the community and city website. Sponsor logo included on social media graphics promoting the event. Logo inclusion on multiple A-Frames promoting the event; A-Frames displayed two weeks prior to the event at Alpharetta Community Center and Wills Park Recreation Center.
    • Brand Placement. Sponsorship mentioned during the event, minimum of 10 times from event DJ. Inclusion on AFrame signage at event. Logo inclusion on event “Thank You” banner recognizing all sponsors.
    • Banner Placement. You can provide a banner that can be on display throughout the event (placement will be done by event host). Your logo will be included on the pre-event advertising banner located at the corner of Old Milton Pkwy and Roswell Street, that will go up two weeks before the event.
    • On-Site Presence. A 20x20 booth space at the event (larger space can be negotiated).


    Affiliate Sponsor – $1,250

    • Pre-Event Advertising. Sponsor logo included on social media graphic posts prior to event.
    • Brand Placement. Sponsorship mentioned during the event, minimum of five (5) times from event DJ. Inclusion on A-Frame signage at event. Logo inclusion on event “Thank You” banner recognizing all sponsors.
    • Banner Placement. You can provide a banner that can be on display throughout the event (placement will be done by event host).
    • On-Site Presence. A 10x20 booth space at the event.


    Patron Sponsor – $750

    • Brand Placement. Sponsorship mentioned during the event, minimum of three (3) times from event DJ. Inclusion on A-Frame signage at event. Logo inclusion on event “Thank You” banner recognizing all sponsors.
    • On-Site Presence. A 10x10 booth space at the event.


    Supporting Sponsor – $350

    • Brand Placement. Inclusion on A-Frame signage at event.
    • On-Site Presence. A 10x10 booth space at the event.

    Increase your brand exposure by participating in this year’s Scarecrow Harvest. Your business will receive a FREE plot to design and install a scarecrow, displayed from October 8th through November 2nd at assigned outdoor locations in parks and downtown Alpharetta. This extra value is included with all Boo Bash Festival Sponsorships.

  • Important Sponsor Information:

    • Booths are required to have an interactive element (game or activity) or offer candy or giveaways to attract families. Please ensure that you bring enough candy or giveaways for the entire event, as vendors/sponsor booths are not allowed to break down early.
    • Event visitors are encouraged to wear costumes and have fun engaging with our vendors, booth games, and sponsors.
    • This is a family-friendly event with expected attendance, weather permitting, between 2,000-2,500 throughout the event.
    • Sponsors are responsible for providing tents, unless otherwise negotiated. Tents must be secured with weights and not stakes.
    • Tables and chairs can be provided by the department for sponsors upon request.

     

    Waiver of Liability:
    I understand and acknowledge that participation in this event can be hazardous, and I hereby assume all risk while participating. I, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the City of Alpharetta, its agents, employees, officers, officials and sponsors from all rights and claims for any personal injury, death, or property damage suffered by me, or that I cause to others, as a result of my participation in this event. I, the undersigned, agree, without any right of payment or editing, to allow the City of Alpharetta to use the images of me and/or my children, including reproductions of photos, video, audio or other reproductions, for use in all types of media for public relations purposes to promote Recreation, Parks & Cultural Services programs and activities. I, the undersigned, give permission to the City of Alpharetta to obtain and authorize medical care for participants at any hospital, emergency medical center, or any other health facility; by any medical doctor, osteopath, nurse, surgeon or any other medical practitioner. I also agree to be responsible for the expenses of any medical care required, and I hold the staff authorizing the medical care harmless from any damages suffered by the participant as a result of the medical treatment authorized.

    Note: A gift to a city/municipality is a tax deductible if it is made for public purposes (IRS Code, 26 U.S.C. 170©(1)). All print ad inclusions are subject to space availability, restrictions, and depending on date of sponsorship commitment. Sponsorships can NOT be given away, or traded. Any sponsor having another organization in their booth space must receive written permission from the event coordinator prior to the event to do so, to ensure there are no conflicts with other vendors/sponsors
