    a.  This event is open to QSA Foundation Volunteers, Members and non-members.

    b.  Registration must be done through Online form on or before 11th September 2024 at 10pm with the following fees:

    1. $40 Donation to the QSA Foundation

    2. Acknowledgement that you are healthy enough to participate.

    4. Email to sheila@qsafoundation.org with finish time and date.

    b.  Closing Date: before 11th September 2024 at 10pm with payment.

    c.  Payments are through paypal.

  • RULES AND REGULATIONS

    a.  You can start your challenge from 19th August 2024 to 11th September 2024.

    b.  Those who cannot finish 5 km in one go, you can combine the total running distance. (Example: combine it as 2km/2km/1km). Distance are to be accumulated from multiple sessions.

    c.  Record your run/walk time using any tracking devices. Then take and/or save a screenshot or photo of your watch or tracking app for proof of completion.

    d.  Finisher's Tee size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request of size change will not be entertained.

    e.  Finisher items will be delivered upon completion of 5 KM Run (T-shirt for those who finish with high scores and MEDAL). We will announce via Facebook page for finisher pack collection and delivery.

    f.    Participant must be certified fit and capable of participation in this event. Participation is at your own risk.

    g.    Submission of results must be within duration of 19th August 2024 to 11th September 2024. Result submission shall be email to: Sheila@qsafoundation.org
