  • Once your rental dates are approved, you will be invoiced. Payment must be made in full by the due date listed on your invoice to secure your reservation. Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of your rental.

    Refunds can take up to 4-8 Weeks.

    Waiver & Release
    I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following terms as a condition of using the Summit Park District’s athletic indoor rental facilities:

    Assumption of Risk
    I acknowledge that participation in athletic activities, practices, games, and events involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks for myself, my child(ren), and guests.


    Release of Liability:


    I release and hold harmless the Summit Park District, its staff, volunteers, officers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from participation or use of the facility, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


    Medical Treatment:


    In case of injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Summit Park District to secure necessary medical treatment at my expense.

    Facility Rules:


    I agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations, and I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.

    Photo/Video Release:


    I give permission for photos or videos taken during activities to be used for Park District promotional purposes. 

     Alcohol Policy:

    No alcohol is permitted on the premises. If alcohol is found during your event, a $500 fine will be imposed, and the event may be shut down immediately.

    Damage and Liability:

    The renter is responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment during the event. Any damage costs will be deducted from the card on file with additional charges billed if necessary.

    The Summit Park District is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items that occur during the event.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the payment.

    Facility Use Rules:

    All event activities must conclude by 10 PM.

    All attendees must adhere to the facility’s rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the event.
