Eligibility Criteria for a Refund:
- Your item(s) is/are unopend, unused, and in the same condition that you received it/them.
- Your item(s) is/are in the original packaging.
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase available.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
- You are responsible for getting the puzzle back to us at your expense. Once we receive it, we will inspect it and issue a refund accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges:
- Exchanges or store credit are offered only for defective or damaged items. All other requests are subject to our discretion and require proof of purchase.
- Puzzles that have been assembled or otherwise used are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Please note: StumpCraft cannot offer refunds or exchanges for puzzles purchased from our authorized resellers. These must be returned directly to the place of purchase.
