Have you already used one make-up allowance for this month? Students are allowed 1 make-up per month (Portfolio Prep: 2). Weather-related studio closures do not count toward this limit.*
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate rescheduling your make-up class at this time:
  - Once a make-up class is scheduled, that spot is reserved exclusively for your child.
  - Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled or changed.
  - If a student misses their scheduled make-up class, the make-up is considered used.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate an additional make-up request at this time:
  - Only one make-up class is allowed per month for absences.

  If your make up request does not meet criteria, we regretfully cannot approve it.
  
  Weekly Classes:
  - Only one make-up class is allowed per month for any absences. Make-up classes due to studio closures do not count toward this limit.
  - The make-up class must be completed within the same month as the absence.
  - To secure a make-up session, kindly send an email or sign up at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we won't be able to provide a make-up session.
  - We do not reschedule or rearrange a make-up lesson once booked.
