  Once a make-up class is scheduled, that spot is reserved exclusively for your child.
  
  If you need to cancel or change the make-up class with at least 24 hours’ notice and your child has not yet missed the class, please do not use this form. Instead, email us at shinehartstudio@gmail.com so we can assist with rescheduling and release the spot for another student.
  
  If you are contacting us after your child has missed the scheduled make-up class, please note that, in accordance with our studio policy, missed make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled or rearranged. Thank you for your understanding.
- Have you already requested a make-up class for the month of this absence? Per studio policy, students are allowed one make-up class per month unless enrolled in the Portfolio Prep program, which permits two. Make-up classes due to studio closures do not count toward this limit.*

  Weekly Classes:
  - Only one make-up class is allowed per month for any absences. Make-up classes due to studio closures do not count toward this limit.
  - The make-up class must be completed within the same month as the absence.
  - To secure a make-up session, kindly send an email or sign up at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we won't be able to provide a make-up session.
  - We do not reschedule or rearrange a make-up lesson once booked.
