Ashe Civic Center Rental Inquiry Form

Inquiry form is not a rental application form. The Ashe Civic Center has daily requests for rental information and availability. In an effort to streamline the process all rental requests will start with this form.
The Ashe Civic Center is a performance space (stage) with a 282 seat auditorium space. There is a lobby space, adequate restrooms, box office space, concession space, two dressing rooms, ample parking and a loading dock area. There is no kitchen facility and no large meeting room. Ashe Civic Center has state of the art lighting and sound capability.

Ashe County Arts Council/Ashe Civic Center will respond in 48 hours to all inquiries. At that time more information may be required before a rental decision is made.

Pricing and Information
- Rental for concert, theatre, dance presentations $350.00 per day
- Rental for Non-Profit for concert, theatre, dance presentations $200 per day. ( Proof of non-profit status will be required)
- Rental for lectures, spoken presentations $175 per day
- Rental for rehearsal time is $75.00 per day with no tech (no light and sound). This will be approved by Arts Council staff on a case by case basis.
Renters are required to use the Ashe Civic Center tech personnel. That person is paid $30 per hour and are required to be onsite the entire rental.

Ashe Civic Center reserves the right to charge rental fees on items requested that are outside the normal rental items.

Box office space, concession space, box office staff, concession staff and other items can be considered outside normal rental items.

Most rentals will be required to show proof of insurance or will require additional insurance.

Every rental and rental decision is considered on a case by case basis.
