National Drug Council CISDUS Data Request Form
The NDC conducts the Cayman Islands Student Drug Use Survey (CISDUS) on a biennial basis. Once the survey results are finalised, the full reports are available on our website at www.ndc.ky

For all NDC data & media requests, we require completion of the form below. Kindly complete all sections of this form to enable us to better understand and fulfil your request.

Please note that data requests will be provided within 30 days of the initial request.
