Welcome to the Move-Out Checklist for Members! Please read the following instructions carefully before you begin:

Overview:

• This checklist is designed to help you complete the move-out inspection efficiently and thoroughly. Your objective is to ensure all tasks are performed with attention to detail and are properly documented.

Photo Documentation

• As you go through each section, please provide detailed comments and take clear photos of the areas inspected. Ensure that all photos accurately represent the condition of the inspected areas. Take multiple photos if necessary to capture the full scope of any issues or completed tasks. There will be a designated section at the end of the checklist to upload all required photos.

Submission:

• Once all sections are completed and all necessary photos have been uploaded, review your entries to ensure that no required fields are left blank. After confirming that all information is accurate, submit the form.

Please attach pictures of the walls (all 4 directions and ceiling).

Important to highlight scratches, marks on the walls/ceiling for your move-out records.
