• Workout with ME!

    Hi! My name is SarahRuth and I'm someone who's had to relearn the world of wellness after being diagnosed with Hashimotos and Hypothyroidism. While this is NOT my hashimotos or thyroid course, I do have an opportunity for people to join me in workouts (whether you have hashimotos or not)! I'm someone who moves my body daily. Sometimes it's a structured workout, sometimes it's other movement.
  • Starting April 7th, I'll be doing a 12 week traditional strength training program. It has a build phase and a lean out phase. It also has a nutrition plan (that I'll be modifying for my hashimotos and thryoid needs). You can either join me for that journey or get recommendations for other workouts best fit your needs.
