This is a special kind of retreat where we are committed to our personal growth and to supporting each other.

2. I understand that I must be free from nicotine for at least 14 days before I can be invited on retreat.
3. I am willing to stay 100% clean and sober on this trip (no drugs/alcohol other than medical prescriptions used as directed)

5. I am ready to show up for myself in ways I may have never done before.
6. I am willing to learn how to truly relax.
7. I am willing to be on this retreat center focusing on my recovery and life.
