2025 Barefoot & Free Yoga Festival Sponsor & Vendor Application
The 2025 Barefoot & Free Yoga Festival is happening August 1st-3rd, 2025! Sponsorship & Vendor applications are now open. Please fill out the form below as thoroughly as possible so we can learn more about you, your business and how you’d like to partner with us. This is an application process and we will do our best to keep overlapping items to a minimum, so please be as specific as possible in the items and services you are wishing to offer. The schedule for the 2025 Festival is all day Friday, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning and afternoon. All vendors accepted MUST be available and open for the entirety of the festival or will be subject to paying Barefoot & Free for hours missed, if this is not possible for any reason, please consider that prior to applying. All vendors are required to set up their space on either July 30th or 31st without exception. This is a rain or shine event and Barefoot & Free Yoga Festival is not responsible for damage to tents or items at the booth, please ensure you have adaquate equipment to attend a multi-day outdoor event. Parking near the vendor area is not an option at this venue and some walking (sometimes a distance) will be necessary each day, please keep this in mind prior to applying. Healer Package ~$300 (within the healer space, NO STAFF or ASSISTANTS)
Food Vending ~ $300 (this is a deposit, full amount will be 10% of sales after deposit)
Basic Vending Package ~ $450 (includes 10x10 space and staff)
Sponsorship Vending Package ~ $725 (includes 10x10 space, staff & promotions)
Exclusive Vending Package ~ $1000 (all the benefits of the Sponsorship Vending Package, plus yours will be the only item of that kind sold and VIP parking is included)
Sponsorship ~ price and options vary (Someone will contact you to discuss different sponsorship packages available)
