- The down payment for an appointment will be applied toward the total cost of the pet(s) services and deducted from the final bill.
  
  If the appointment is canceled on the same day, the down payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable. However, appointments can be canceled with a 24-hour notice, allowing the down payment to be saved and applied to a rescheduled appointment.

- I confirm that the vaccines of my pet are up-to-date and I'm willing to share documents as proof.
- I understand that there's a possibility that my pet might get minor cuts or irritation due to the grooming process.
- I understand that Julie's Dog Grooming will apply necessary treatment/shampoo if there are any signs of fleas.
- I release Julie's Dog Grooming from any liabilities related to damages, injury, or accidents that might happen during the grooming procedure.
