    Welcome to 909Tacolandia!We are thrilled to invite you to join our vibrant community of food and merchandise vendors at 909Tacolandia, now located at the National Orange Show in San Bernardino. Our open marketplace is the perfect place to showcase your products and connect with a diverse and enthusiastic audience.At 909Tacolandia, we believe in supporting local businesses and providing a platform for growth and success. By partnering with us, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your business, reach new customers, and be part of an exciting and dynamic environment.Event Date & Time: • First week: December 13, 14, and 15 (Friday to Sunday) • Time: 5 PM to 11 PM (Vendor load-in from 1 PM to 4:55 PM, no load-in after 5 PM) • After a two-week break, the event will resume every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday starting January 4.Location:National Orange Show689 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92408Vendor Areas & Fees: • Swampmeet Section: $35 for vendors selling new and used items. • Newer Items Section: $55 for vendors selling new items, located closer to the food area. • Food Area: $80 for food vendors (includes wash station access).Special Location Details: • Vendors who leave a deposit for all three days will receive priority and better locations. • Set locations will be established so attendees can easily find your booth each time. • Early applicants get priority for better locations. • If we have fewer than 100 vendors, the event will be held near the sports bar. • If more than 100 vendors apply, the event will move to the main stadium. Let’s make this big!Live Music & Entertainment:We will be featuring live music during the event! If you or anyone you know would like to participate in the entertainment, message us at 909 Tacolandia to get involved.Important Vendor Information: • All food vendors must have a health permit (We can help you apply if needed). • Applications are reviewed weekly, with accepted vendors notified by Wednesday of each week.Booth Requirements: • Food booths: 10x10 space, with a tarp required to cover the floor. • Merchandise booths: 10x10 space. • Swampmeet vendors: 10x15 space, and they can leave their cars behind their booths. • Vendors can leave their cars in the merchandise area but not in the food area due to fire hazard concerns.Cleanup Requirements:All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space to maintain a high-quality environment. Your booth must be left neat and clean at the end of the day, and no trash can be left at your booth.Join us at 909Tacolandia and let’s create something amazing together! LIABILITY: It is the responsibility of each vendor to obtain all proper permits, licensing and insurance for their own business. Any and all vendors participate at their own risk and assume all liability if they do not have proper permits, licensing and insurance. You must pick up any and all of your trash during and after the event.
