WI Swimming Officials Registration

Welcome! 

Thank you for registering to be an official for the 2024-2025 season.  If you have any questions throughout the year please reach out to Mike Mellock, Officials Chair at officialschair@wisconsinswimming.org. 

Completing the Officials Registration will help maintain contact information for Meet Referees to solicit assistance for meets, including our championship meets. 

Registration is a two step process, you must also register with USA Swimming.  

1. Make sure you have all items completed in the Registration Checklist

2.  See the following documents based on your registration:

New Officials

Certified Officials

Junior Officials 

3. For Unattached officials you will need to follow these instructions.  

Certifications can be updated by contacting Mike Mellock, Officials Chair at officialschair@wisconsinswimming.org 

Every year, USA Swimming requires us to obtain consent to publish official information. Please read the statement below.
