Iowa G2M Accelerator Application
Thank you for your interest in the Iowa Go-To-Market (G2M) Accelerator program, a partnership between BioConnect Iowa, Iowa State University Startup Factory, and VentureNet Iowa.

The Iowa G2M Accelerator meets Iowa-based startups where they are, providing mentorship, resources and connections through a robust service provider network. The six-month program includes a small cohort of 3-4 companies, and provides tailored content and programming relevant to the companies participating. Individualized sessions, 1-on-1s and mentoring round out this program. Our goal is to help you meet YOUR goals.

Eligibility:
- Company must be based in Iowa
- Company must have participated in an incubator or accelerator program previously (i.e. Startup Factory, Venture School, GIA etc.)
Ideal companies are either looking for strategic support in gaining their first revenue or are looking for strategic support to prepare to raise their first round of capital.

Please note: All companies must be registered with the Iowa Secretary of State.
Before You Apply
As part of your application process, prospective G2M companies must complete a panel review with VentureNet Iowa. This panel will be scheduled if the G2M teaching team determines your application meets our criteria for consideration.

If you wish to ALSO apply for state of Iowa Proof of Commercial Relevance or Demonstration Funds, you may pair your applications, and only need to sit for one panel review with VentureNet. If you wish to explore this option, please select "yes" when prompted in your application so our colleagues at VentureNet can follow up with you.
G2M Application
To complete this application, be prepared to include a light business plan (in PDF form, no more than 10 pages) or a pitch deck (in PDF form) that includes:
- Clearly defined problem statement
- Solution/technology
- Value proposition
- Competitive landscape/analysis
- Market opportunity
- Business model (how will you reliably make money?)
- Traction/go-to-market strategy/market and pricing strategy
- Team (identify any part-time, contracted help, mentors and advisors that round out your team)
Simple financial statements and proforma are optional, not required.

Applicants should recognize however, that this application does not represent a Non-Disclosure or Confidentiality Agreement and not disclose information that would negatively impact, for example, obtaining intellectual property protection.
