  • In accordance with the Institute’s Procedures manual, Chapter 1, First Schedule, Rules for Management of Sections in Australia, nominations are called from voting members of the Institute for the General Committee of CILTA Section.

    All current General Committee appointments, including the Immediate Past Chair, are declared vacant and existing committee members may re-apply to be elected.

    The CILTA Section Chair, Vice-Chair and Chair of any respective sub-committees shall be elected and defined by the incoming CILTA Section General Committee at its first General Committee Meeting following the General Meeting of nomination, at a time and venue to be advised by the Secretary of the CILTA Section.

    Duties and responsibilities for each committee forms part of the nomination process.
