Step 1: Tell Us What You Want
Kick things off by filling out our quick and easy digital form below. We’ll need some basics from you:
- Your full name (first and last)
- The email connected to your Hobby Collectors Australia account
- Confirmation that your shipping address is up to date
- The list of Games Workshop items you’re excited about (your Expression of Interest)
Heads up! Keeping your info accurate and current is super important. If we can’t reach you in time, we might have to pass your order to the next eager fan waiting in line.
Step 2: Waiting for Stock Confirmation
Once Games Workshop confirms stock availability, we’ll send you an invoice based on your EOI. Remember, because stock can be limited, submitting an EOI doesn’t automatically guarantee your reservation—but it’s the best way to secure your spot early!
On Preorder Saturday, you’ll get an email with a payment link. To lock in your order, you’ll need to complete payment that same day. Orders unpaid by the end of preorder day (without a heads-up from you) may be cancelled and offered to someone else.
Step 3: Shipping on Release Day
Once you’ve paid, your order will be shipped out right on release day—straight to your doorstep.
A Few Important Notes:
- Due to Games Workshop embargo rules, pricing won’t be available until 12 PM Saturday when preorders officially open.
- If you change your mind or need to cancel after seeing the price, no worries! You can cancel your preorder with no penalty.
We take your privacy seriously — your details stay safe and won’t be shared outside Hobby Collectors Australia.
Changing Your Mind?
If you decide to withdraw your reservation, that’s totally okay! Just drop us a quick email at info@hobbycollectorsaustralia.com.au so we can remove your items from the list. Simply deselecting on the form isn’t enough because your items will still appear reserved until we hear from you.
