    • PAs are at the discretion of Centre Management and the customer service team and are subject to the availability of staff resourcing at the time. The customer service team will do their best to ensure that one PA is read per retailer per day.
    • Announcements must be booked 24 hours in advance and a maximum of 2 weeks in advance.
    • One booking per store at any one time.
    • Time slots are limited and bookings are essential.
    • Retailers are only permitted to have one announcement booking every 4 weeks to be fair to all retailers.
    • Once maximum bookings are reached, the store will be contacted directly to confirm the next available date.
