TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following are the terms and conditions that apply to your travel booking made by JIPI VIBES. We have booked your ticket(s) or voucher(s) with various third-party Service Providers on your behalf. Each Service Provider may have its own terms and conditions that apply to your travel. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the fare rules of each of your bookings, as well as the individual supplier terms and conditions. If you require additional information beyond what is provided on your travel voucher or brochure, we recommend that you contact the Service Provider directly for further clarification.
Please note that JIPI VIBES is an intermediary travel agency, and when you purchase travel-related services with us, we receive a commission from the third-party suppliers that operate your services.
BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS:
Check that the dates on vouchers are correct.
Confirm booked dates 48 hours prior to travel.
If applicable, confirm dietary requirements at this time.
Open dated tickets need to be booked in advance with each individual Service Provider.
Open dated tickets are subject to supplier price fluctuations.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Many tours may have additional costs that vary depending on the Service Provider. Examples of these costs include EMC tax, Stinger suit hire, luggage storage, sleeping bag hire, linen hire, national park fees, food, insurance, accommodation, equipment hire, and petrol levy. Please check with the Service Provider for any additional costs when confirming your booking.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and other immigration requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in you being unable to travel, and we will not be responsible for any loss or expenses incurred as a result. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended travel date.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Fees paid to JIPI VIBES for credit card fees, deposits, bus tickets, and luggage storage are non-refundable or transferable.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your activities or accommodation for any reason.
You may also be liable for any cancellation fees charged by the service provider.
If a tour or other travel service is canceled by the Service Provider, JIPI VIBES will first try to rebook you free of charge. If this is not possible, you will receive a refund, less any supplier charges.
All suppliers have different cancellation policies applying to your travel, so it's important to familiarize yourself with these at the time of purchase.
CAR AND CAMPERVAN RENTALS:
Deposits paid to JIPI VIBES for car and/or campervan rentals are non-refundable.
If full payment has been made to JIPI VIBES, their standard cancellation policy and that of the service providers will apply.
Each service provider has their own Terms & Conditions.
DIVE ACTIVITIES:
The dive activities are conducted by third-party operators, and JIPI VIBES is not responsible for the conduct, safety, or any other aspect of the dive activities. You agree to assume all risks associated with the dive activities.
Please find the diving medical form attached to your booking and sign it if applicable.
You are agreeing to the following:
- You do not suffer any of the following Medical Conditions:
- Asthma
- Wheezing
- Persistent chest pain
- Chronic sinus
- Chest surgery
- High blood pressure
- Ear surgery
- Epilepsy
- Chronic bronchitis
- Collapsed lung
- Diabetes mellitus (sugar)
- Fainting, seizure, or blackouts
- Lung disease
You confirm that:
- You are not currently taking any prescribed medicine or drug (excluding oral contraceptives)
- You are not pregnant
- You are not flying within 24 hours of completing your dive
INSURANCE:
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any potential liabilities or mishaps that may occur during your travels. It is your responsibility to obtain travel insurance that includes cancellation cover for transport providers.
SERVICE PROVIDERS:
While we aim to provide you with satisfactory tour packages, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise during individual tours or arrangements with Service Providers. If you encounter any problems, please let us know, but please be aware that we are not liable for any loss, damage or expenses incurred during your tour or travel. These issues are the responsibility of the Service Provider, and you agree not to hold us accountable for any such circumstances.
NATURAL DISASTERS:
In the rare event that your booking cannot be completed due to a natural disaster or pandemic, you will be entitled to a full refund, less a 10% administration fee, in addition to any applicable supplier fees.
