Consent to Use of Electronic Signatures and Records

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures: You consent to the use of electronic signatures and agree that your electronic signature on this document is legally binding, just as if you had signed the document in ink. This consent applies to all documents related to your agreement with Design Recovery LLC. 2. Electronic Records: You agree that all documents, notices, disclosures, and other communications related to your agreement with Design Recovery LLC may be provided to you electronically. You also consent to receiving electronic records in lieu of paper documents. 3. Right to Paper Copy: You have the right to request a paper copy of any document you sign electronically. To obtain a paper copy, you may contact Design Recovery LLC at derek@designforrecovery.com. There may be a fee for providing paper copies of electronic documents.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures and records at any time. To withdraw your consent, please notify Design Recovery LLC in writing at derek@designforrecovery.com If you withdraw your consent, your ability to receive services from Design Recovery LLC may be impacted. 5. Hardware and Software Requirements: To access and retain electronic records, you must have access to a device capable of viewing PDF documents, an internet connection, and an active email account. You must also be able to download and store documents for future reference.

By signing below, you confirm that you have read and understood this acknowledgment, and you consent to the use of electronic signatures and electronic records in your dealings with Design Recovery LLC.
