Below are the 20 criteria of the Inclusivity Award. You can submit evidence for any number of the criteria, whether that be 1, 2, 5, 10 or all 20.
You may choose to submit a new form for each separate criterion, at the end of each month or at the end of each term, whatever works for you. We would not recommend waiting until the end of the year to complete the form.
We would recommend submitting as you go so you can keep track of where you are and to break up the task.
