Visitor Membership Verification Form

The Washington DC Alumnae Chapter welcomes sorors visiting from other chapters, as well as sorors in the process of renewing their membership or transferring to WDCAC.

Duly initiated members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. who plan to attend a WDCAC chapter meeting should complete this Membership Verification Form.

Please submit this form by the Monday prior to the meeting so your membership can be verified. Once the verification process is complete, you will receive confirmation and future correspondence from Membership Services.

If you are renewing your WDCAC dues or transferring into WDCAC, you must complete this Visitor Membership Verification Form while your membership is being processed. Once your dues have been received and processed by both WDCAC and Grand Chapter, you will appear on the WDCAC financial roster. Thank you for your patience while your dues or transfer is being processed.
