DELIVERY:
In order to ensure that you receive a high quality product when you arrive in your suite or loge, cold food items will be in place right after doors open and hot food items will be in place 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Holders are welcome to remain in their suite or loge after the event, but attendants will still have to remove all food items & utensils.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES:
No outside food or beverages are permitted in the Mountain America Center or within the suite and loge box locations. For special reqeusts or accomodations, please contact our office.
CANCELLATION & INCLEMENT WEATHER
24-hr notice via email is required to cancel your preorder, or you will be billed for your order at full price.
If a ticketed event is cancelled by the Mountain America Center due to unforeseen circumstances (inclement weather, artist cancellation, etc), your order will be canceled at no charge.
BILLING INFORMATION
All suite/loge holders and other guests are required to keep a card on file or contact Maileigh at mtaylor@mountainamericacenter.com to make necessary payment arrangements Applicable sales tax and a 21% Service Charge will be added to all bills.
